I used to not like my handwriting as a child. I remember when I first noticed my handwriting in elementary school and immediately thought it looked off. Thankfully, through years and years of writing handwritten notes, my handwriting naturally started to improve, and I naturally started to develop my own unique manuscript. I write letters and notes for all occasions of life, whether that’s writing to a close friend or my family. There is something so unique, heartfelt, and purposeful about putting pen, pencil, or any material to paper, and writing down one’s thoughts and feelings to another to invoke emotion.
